On September 23rd, 2015, the Delmar Board of Fire Commissioners adopted a proposed budget for the 2016 fiscal year. The proposed budget calls for total anticipated expenditures of $1,032,225.00 and total anticipated revenue of $128,669.00, putting the district’s tax levy at $903,556. The tax levy falls within the maximum property tax cap limit as established by the Office of the State Comptroller guidelines.
