DELMAR FIRE – BETHLEHEM’S FIRST AND FINEST VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT

Welcome to the Delmar Volunteer Fire Department

As the operational entity of the Delmar Fire District the Delmar Fire Department provides fire protection and suppression services to the residents of the District and surrounding communities.

The Department operates out of two locations. Station 1 located at 145 Adams Street and Station 2 located at 803 Feura Bush Road. The Department is staffed by 65 highly trained and dedicated volunteers and has been serving the community since 1911.

The Department’s firefighters utilize two engines (E-21 and E-23), a ladder (T-20 and T-22) and a squad (S-24) to protect more than 13,000 residents 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  The district covers 5,380 acres or 8.40 square miles.

Through our partnership with Bethlehem Emergency Medical Services we house 4 Ambulances which serve the Town’s EMS needs.

If you are interested in volunteering please call the Department’s non-emergency number (518) 475-7310 or email us at info@delmarfire.com
